Our meal ended with a slice of strawberry cheesecake for my wife, and compliments of the house, a huge slice of a chocolate caramel cheesecake large enough and rich enough for two people. Our waitress, whose name was, I believe Tecumseh, was polite and attentive without being intrusive, and was quite happy to take our photo for us. The mashed potatoes were, well, mashed potatoes but they were topped by a rich, delicious brown gravy with just enough salt to make me dip bites of steak in it. The steak was a perfectly grilled and seasoned medium rare, quite flavorful and tender. ribeye, which came with mashed potatoes and gravy. She liked the potatoes, and loved the steamed broccoli. Her very flavorful steak was a bit undercooked for her taste she likes a medium well steak and this had quite a bit of pink. The honey mustard dressing, however, elevated the salad as a whole to the excellent level. Her salad was a good but not exceptional mix of greens, cherry tomatoes, carrots, cucumber, etc. (dollars)' special: a large salad, a sirloin steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli, and strawberry cheesecake for dessert. We started with the crab-stuffed mushrooms with mornay sauce, the deliciousness of which set the tone for the rest of the meal.
